Seacrest Heights is next to the beautiful Hummingbird Park.
Seacrest Heights is in an elevated location, so some of the homes have excellent views of the area, and the privacy is excellent. Select homes may have traffic noise issues due to the close proximity to El Toro Road and the 73 Toll Road, but this is not a very congested area so the noise should be at a minimum. There are no community amenities, but the tract is next to the beautiful Hummingbird Park, and the gorgeous sands of Laguna Beach are only a few miles away.
